I will provide you with a personalised workout programme suited to your goals, designed to keep you progressing in the gym. This is available on my app, where there is a full exercise library so you are always sure of what you are doing. In PT sessions I will take you through how to use the equipment and make sure you are performing exercises safely and effectively in order for you to get the most out of your programme.
With a solid plan, all weights recorded, and full demo videos, you will always feel ready when you step into the gym.
Love your relationship with food
There is no one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to nutrition - everyone has different lifestyles, food preferences and eating habits. I can calculate a calorie and protein goal tailored to you, your body and activity level, as well as providing you with loads of recipe ideas tailored to any diet where you have the control to swap out any recipes that you don't like. With help building good habits and meal planning, we will use a sustainable approach to make changes that last.


Be accountable
You will check in with me weekly to reflect on your progress, celebrate your wins and for me to be able to help you as much as I can as your coach.
We will measure and review your progress every week to keep you motivated and focused towards your goals.
Be supported
