About Me

My fitness background began with gymnastics and dance, however I moved into weight training just to keep myself fit and loved how strong it made me feel - physically and mentally. I decided to become a Personal Trainer because I want to help others in the same way that fitness helped me - to become stronger, more confident and to keep growing into the best version of myself.

The COVID-19 pandemic opened my eyes at how much health and fitness really can help, especially with body confidence issues. Self confidence is something I have struggled with a lot in my life, even more so during the pandemic. I know what it is like to look in the mirror and not like what you see, or walk in a room and feel intimidated. It wasn't until the gyms closed that I really realised how much lifting weights and feeling strong boosted that confidence and made me feel proud of myself and my body, regardless of what dress size I am.
